Commercial Renovation, Hurley
The original building was more than thirty years old and had very little upkeep over the years. In addition to replacing the roof, HVAC equipment, waterproofing the foundation and updating the interior electrical wiring we replaced the dated contemporary façade with a new colonial style façade to fit in with the historic character of old Hurley. The second floor windows viewed from the front of the building are really a decorative parapet hiding the HVAC equipment on the nearly flat roof pitched to the rear of the building.
